01 - In a medium bowl or large jar, combine oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir thoroughly until everything is well incorporated and the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
02 - Gently fold in the diced strawberries, being careful not to crush them. Ensure the fruit is evenly distributed throughout the oat mixture.
03 - Cover the bowl or jar tightly and refrigerate for at least 6–8 hours, preferably overnight. This allows the oats to absorb the liquid and soften to a creamy consistency.
04 - In the morning, give the oats a good stir. If the mixture is too thick for your liking, add a splash of milk and stir again until you reach your desired consistency.
05 - Divide the overnight oats into serving bowls or jars. Top with extra sliced strawberries, chopped nuts, or shredded coconut if desired. Serve chilled.
