01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Without separating the rolls, cut the entire block horizontally to create top and bottom layers.
03 - Place bottom half on baking sheet. Evenly layer mozzarella and cheddar cheeses over the rolls.
04 - Place top half of rolls over the cheese layer.
05 - Mix melted butter with garlic powder in small bowl.
06 - Brush butter mixture liberally over tops of rolls. Sprinkle with parsley and Parmesan if using.
07 - Bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese melts and tops are golden brown.
08 - Cool for 2 minutes. Separate into individual rolls using sharp knife. Serve warm.
