01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced kielbasa and cook for 3–4 minutes until evenly browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
02 - Add bell peppers, zucchini, red onion, baby carrots, and snap peas to the same skillet. Stir-fry for 6–8 minutes until vegetables are just tender-crisp.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, black pepper, and paprika until smooth and well combined.
04 - Return browned kielbasa to the skillet with the vegetables. Pour honey garlic sauce evenly over the mixture. Toss everything together to coat thoroughly.
05 - Continue cooking for 3–5 minutes until the sauce has thickened slightly and coats all components evenly. Ensure everything is heated through before serving.
06 - Transfer to a serving platter or plates. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately while hot.
