01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
02 - Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
03 - Brush each fillet with olive oil on all sides to ensure even coating.
04 - Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning evenly over the tops of the salmon, gently pressing to adhere.
05 - Place a lemon slice on top of each seasoned salmon fillet.
06 - Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
07 - Remove from oven and garnish with fresh dill and additional lemon wedges if desired. Serve immediately.
